  • Premium features for event organizers
  • Event promotion and marketing tools

3. User Accounts and Registration

To access certain features of our service, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain and update your information
  • Keep your account credentials secure
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Post false, misleading, or fraudulent event information
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Transmit malicious code or conduct harmful activities
  • Spam or send unsolicited communications

5. Event Listings and Content

Event Organizers: By listing events on our platform, you warrant that:

  • You have the right to promote and manage the event
  • All event information is accurate and up-to-date
  • The event complies with all applicable laws
  • You will honor all tickets sold and commitments made

User-Generated Content: You retain ownership of content you post, but grant us a license to use, display, and distribute it on our platform.

6. Payment Terms

For paid services:

  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified
  • Payments are processed securely through Razorpay
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
  • All sales are final unless specified in our refund policy
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its content, features, and functionality are owned by Delhi NCR Startup Events and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the Service, to understand our practices.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Service Availability: We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

Event Information: While we use AI to extract and verify event data, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of all event information.

Third-Party Events: We are not responsible for the conduct, cancellation, or quality of events listed by third parties.

Limitation of Liability: Our liability is limited to the amount paid for our services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Delhi NCR Startup Events and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved through:

  • First, good faith negotiation
  • If unsuccessful, binding arbitration in New Delhi, India
  • Arbitration shall be conducted under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 2015

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to users via email or platform notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.
