At Delhi NCR Startup Events, we strive to provide excellent service. This policy outlines our refund and cancellation procedures for various services and situations.
2. Subscription Services Refund Policy
📅 Monthly Subscriptions
- 7-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers
- Refunds processed within 5-7 business days
- Cancel anytime before the next billing cycle
📅 Annual Subscriptions
- 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers
- Pro-rated refunds for unused months (after 30 days)
- Refunds processed within 7-10 business days
3. Event Listing Services
Premium Event Listings
- Full refund: If your event is cancelled and you notify us at least 48 hours before the event date
- 50% refund: If you cancel your premium listing within 24-48 hours of the event
- No refund: For cancellations within 24 hours of the event or after the event has occurred
Featured Promotions
- Refunds available if promotional period hasn't started
- Partial refunds for unused promotional days (minimum charge applies)
4. Event Ticket Purchases
Important: We facilitate event discovery but ticket sales are handled by event organizers. Each event may have its own refund policy.
Our Role:
- We will assist in connecting you with event organizers for refund requests
- Platform service fees are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the organizer
- Processing fees charged by payment gateways (Razorpay) are non-refundable
5. Refund Timeline & Process

- • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-7 business days
- • UPI/Net Banking: 3-5 business days
- • Digital Wallets: 2-3 business days
- • Bank Transfers: 7-10 business days

- • Supporting documentation (if applicable)
6. Cancellation Policy
How to Cancel
- Log in to your account and go to subscription settings
- Click "Cancel Subscription" and follow the prompts
- You'll receive a confirmation email within 24 hours
- Access continues until the end of your billing period
⚠️ Important Notes
- Cancellations must be made before the next billing cycle
- No pro-rated refunds for partial month usage (except within guarantee period)
- Data export available for 30 days after cancellation
7. Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable unless required by law:
- Payment processing fees charged by Razorpay or other payment providers
- Custom development or integration work (once started)
- Third-party service costs (SMS, email marketing credits)
- Setup fees for premium services
- Fees for services already consumed or used
8. Force Majeure & Service Interruptions
In case of service interruptions due to circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, government actions, technical failures), we will:
- Provide service credits for the affected period
- Extend subscription periods to compensate for downtime
- Offer refunds if service cannot be restored within a reasonable time
9. Dispute Resolution
If you're not satisfied with our refund decision:
- Contact our customer support team for review
- Escalate to our dispute resolution team if needed
- Final appeals can be made to management within 30 days

11. Payment Method Specific Policies
Razorpay Payments
All payments processed through Razorpay are subject to their terms and conditions. Refunds will be processed through the same payment method used for the original transaction.
International Payments
Currency conversion rates and international transaction fees may apply. Refunds will be processed in the original currency, and exchange rate differences may result in a different amount being refunded.
